Legacy and Convergent Content recognize that no two jobs are the same. Production variables include crew requirements, time, equipment requirements, etc. The vagaries of post-production, specifically editing, make it more difficult still to accurately quote rates. For these reasons, it would be irresponsible, if not impossible, for Legacy and Convergent Content to present concrete rates herein.

However, it's important to know that the company has striven since inception to provide our clients with the best mix of quality, professionalism and price available in the New York area. If you've shopped around you'll recognize that we offer comparable, if not superior rates, in addition to the quality and customer service our clients have grown to appreciate.

The above notwithstanding, the following offers ballpark rates for some typical production scenarios as of March, 2001:

A.  Pre-Production



. Initial telephone or in-person consultation:  No Charge

· Computer-based Scheduling/Budgeting:          $125.00/hour

· Pre Pro Meetings:                             $125.00/hour/person

· Script/Writing Services:                      $125.00/hour



B.  Betacam SP or Three Chip Digital Video Production



· Camera Packages w/shooter            $750.00/day/package*

· Production Sound Crew                $350.00/day/soundman

· Production Assistants                $150.00/day/PA

Reasonable additional charges will be applied for tape stock, transport/parking if applicable, and equipment requirements beyond what is provided in basic camera packages.

Legacy requires a 50% deposit at least one week prior to scheduled shoot day(s) to reserve equipment and crew. Balance of fee, in either cash or certified check, is due on the first day of shooting. Exceptions to balance payment terms will be made at Legacy's sole discretion.

C.  Non Linear Video Editing



On-Line System with Editor…………………………………..$150.00/hour, $1,000.00/day

Off-line System with Editor……………………………………$75.00/hour, $500.00/day
