While Legacy began to concentrate in the mid to late '90's on the production of our own feature films, we've since redirected the company's attention back to the production of a wide range of film and video projects for third party clients. For example, Legacy has acted as The City of New York's official production company since 1999. Our affiliated professionals have also produced and photographed many widely acclaimed independent features shot in the New York area in recent years.

Recognizing the burgeoning influence of the Digital Video Disk (DVD), Legacy launched Convergent Content in 2001. The DVD Player is the most successful consumer electronics product launch in history and experts agree that, in short order, a DVD player will be in most American homes. Indeed, given DVD's superiority to VHS, along with coming recordability, the advent of DVD marks the beginning of the end of traditional VCR's.

To date, DVD 's have been primarily used as an alternative for viewing motion pictures. But Convergent Content recognizes that the new medium has myriad uses within the general business community, and it is to service this need that Convergent Content was launched.
